MISTER CAR WASH
This is one of the few roofs we have done for Mister, on this project we tore off a ballasted EPDM roof all the way down to the concrete deck, and installed a Fully Adhered quarter inch per ft Tapered System with a Single-ply TPO Membrane. We provided Mister Car Wash with a 20 Year NDL (No decompression limit) Mulehide Warranty.
FACILITY BUILD
On this project we tore off a tar and gravel roof down to the plywood deck, and installed 3OZ Polymat counter diagonal of the TPO. We then doubled the 3OZ Polymat along the perimeter of the building and Mechanically Fastened 60 Mil GAF Single-ply TPO Membrane. Facility Build was provided a 20 Year NDL (No Decompression Limit) GAF Warranty.
