Complete replacement of an aging corrugated metal roofing system with a new 205 SQ 26-Gauge metal roof. MISTER CAR WASH - Paseo del norte

This is one of the few roofs we have done for Mister, we performed a complete replacement of an existing Tar & Gravel roof with a 130 SQ Fully Adhered TPO roofing system. This is one of the few roofs we have done for Facility Build, we performed a complete conversion of an existing R-Panel metal roofing system to a 36 SQ Fully Adhered Tapered TPO roofing system with Flute Fill insulation. The Flute Fill system is installed directly into the low areas, or “flutes,” of the existing metal roof panels. This helps create a smooth, level surface for the new roofing system to be properly installed over the metal deck. Flute Fill is made from rigid EPS insulation, which provides strength, moisture resistance, and added energy efficiency. By filling the open spaces in the metal panels, it helps support the new TPO membrane, improves overall roof performance, and allows the tapered system to properly direct water toward drains or scuppers. The new system improves drainage, enhances energy efficiency, and provides long-lasting waterproof protection over the existing metal deck. Upon completion, Facility Build received a 20-Year GAF NDL (No Dollar Limit) Manufacturer's Warranty, backed by one of the industry's leading roofing manufacturers. Complete replacement of an aging 96 SQ Ballasted EPDM roofing system with a new Fully Adhered Tapered TPO roofing system at Mister Car Wash. The new system provides superior waterproofing, improved drainage, enhanced energy efficiency, and exceptional wind uplift resistance for long-term performance. To ensure a seamless installation, our team coordinated the use of a crane to safely relocate rooftop HVAC equipment while keeping the facility fully operational throughout construction. Despite challenging weather conditions, the project was successfully completed in approximately three weeks. Upon completion, Mister Car Wash received a 20-Year Carlisle NDL (No Dollar Limit) Manufacturer's Warranty, backed by one of the industry's leading roofing manufacturers. Complete replacement of an aging 88 SQ Tar & Gravel roofing system with a new Mechanically Fastened TPO roofing system featuring a 3 oz Polyester Mat (Poly Mat). The mechanically fastened system provides exceptional wind resistance and long-term waterproof protection by securing the membrane directly to the roof deck and heat-welding all seams for a watertight finish. The added Poly Mat creates a protective separation layer between the membrane and roof deck, improving durability, reducing abrasion, and enhancing the overall performance of the roofing assembly. YES HOUSING INC

Complete replacement of an aging 131 SQ Tar & Gravel roofing system with a new Fully Adhered Tapered TPO roofing system featuring DensDeck® roof board for added durability and impact resistance. During tear-off, our team discovered extensive deteriorated decking and replaced 95 squares of OSB to restore a solid structural foundation before installation. We also installed rooftop walk pads to provide safe access for future maintenance while protecting the TPO membrane from foot traffic. Despite challenging weather conditions, the project was completed in approximately three weeks, delivering improved drainage, long-term waterproof protection, and enhanced roof system performance. MISTER CAR WASH - ALAMEDA

This new construction project featured the installation of a 55 SQ roofing system consisting of both 60 mil Mechanically Fastened Tapered TPO and Standing Seam Metal Roofing, along with a complete commercial gutter system. The TPO assembly included tapered Poly ISO insulation to promote positive drainage, while the standing seam metal roof utilized 24-gauge concealed-fastener panels over premium underlayment for exceptional durability and weather resistance. The project also included custom metal flashing, rooftop walk pads, parapet trim, 150 linear feet of commercial box gutters, oversized downspouts, and custom drainage components, delivering a complete, high-performance roofing system built for long-term protection and minimal maintenance. DK GAS STATION

Zia Roofing & Gutters was proud to complete this 57 SQ Mechanically Fastened TPO roof replacement for DK Gas Station, a valued returning customer. The project included complete tear-off to the roof deck, installation of ½-inch fan fold insulation, a new 60-mil TPO roofing system, new flashing at all penetrations, parapets, canals, coping, downspouts, and conductor boxes to create a durable, watertight roofing assembly. CLIFFS AMUSEMENT PARK

Zia Roofing & Gutters was selected to complete this 31 SQ Mechanically Fastened TPO roof replacement for a local amusement park. The project included a complete tear-off to the roof deck, installation of a 3 oz polyester mat, 60-mil Single Ply TPO membrane, new 24-gauge metal coping, TPO-coated scuppers, reinforced flashings, and professionally heat-welded seams to create a durable, watertight roofing system. Town of Bernalillo Water Waste Facilities

This project included the installation of 24 SQ of 26-gauge metal roofing and 16 SQ of 60-mil Fully Adhered TPO roofing, providing a complete roofing solution for both the pitched and low-slope sections of the building. The metal roof was installed over premium synthetic underlayment with new ridge vents, ridge caps, and sealed penetrations for long-term weather protection. The low-slope section received 1-inch insulation, a 60-mil TPO membrane, heat-welded seams, reinforced flashing, and TPO-coated drip edge to create a durable, watertight roofing system with improved drainage and energy efficiency. Complete replacement of an aging 44 SQ Modified Bitumen roofing system with a new 80-mil Induction-Welded PVC roofing system. The project included a full tear-off to the roof deck, installation of DensDeck coverboard, 3½-inch Polyiso insulation, tapered crickets for positive drainage, reinforced flashing at all penetrations, new skylights, rooftop safety railings, and 175 linear feet of PVC walk pads to protect high-traffic areas. The induction-welded PVC system delivers exceptional chemical resistance, superior waterproofing, and long-term durability, making it an ideal solution for commercial facilities. SUPER 8 MOTEL

Zia Roofing & Gutters completed this commercial roofing and gutter restoration project for Super 8 Motel, replacing an aging 80 SQ Tar & Gravel roofing system with a new 60-mil Mechanically Fastened GAF TPO roofing system. The project also included new 24-gauge parapet cap flashing, 285 linear feet of seamless K-style gutters, new 6x4 downspouts, and upgraded roof drainage with new internal drains. Complete installation of an 84 SQ Mechanically Fastened 60-mil PVC roofing system designed to provide long-term waterproofing and improved drainage performance. Because the project was completed during New Mexico's monsoon season, our team strategically performed the roof tear-off in carefully planned sections to keep the building protected from unexpected weather throughout construction. The project included tapered ½-inch fan fold insulation to improve roof slope, new PVC-coated canals and scuppers, heat-welded seams, reinforced flashing at all penetrations and HVAC curbs, and termination bars along the parapet walls. Zia Roofing & Gutters partnered with a trusted general contractor to install a new 131 SQ 80-mil Fleece-Back PVC roofing system for a local senior center. The project included curb modifications for new rooftop mechanical equipment, removal of obsolete penetrations, installation of new rooftop curbs, and a mechanically attached 80-mil PVC membrane with professionally heat-welded seams for superior waterproofing. Additional work included PVC-coated scuppers, reinforced flashing, termination bars, and continuous sealant detailing to ensure long-term weather protection. Zia Roofing & Gutters completed this 18 SQ Fully Adhered 80-mil Carlisle PVC roofing system for the historic Albuquerque Rail Yards Firehouse, combining modern roofing performance with historic preservation. The project included adhered Poly ISO insulation, cover board, a fully adhered gray PVC membrane with heat-welded seams, reinforced flashing, PVC-coated scuppers, custom coping, and detailed waterproofing around all rooftop penetrations. To preserve the building's original character, our team also restored the cupola roofing areas with traditional clay tile.
